Basilio from what you say I assume you want to initiate the transfer from the AS/400 side. This makes it trickier and to be honest there are others on the list who have better expertise than myself in this area. However.... I believe that you may still be able to do it in the following way (note I haven't done this myself !). On the pc create a BATch file (say DOWNLOAD.BAT) to execute the ftp copy as previously mentioned. Then on the AS/400 do STRPCO PCTA(*NO) STRPCCMD PCCMD('c:\{PCdirectory}\DOWNLOAD.BAT') PAUSE(*YES) HTH Mike >-----Original Message----- >From: Basilio Merlino [mailto:bmerlino@xxxxxxx] >Sent: 12 July 2005 11:28 >To: rpg400-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx >Subject: RE: copy ifs file > > Hi Mike > > Excuse me but on my post i miss the fact that i want to copy the i= fs > file from an rpg program. > > Using ftp i don't know the client address > > Thanks -- ########################################### This message has been scanned by F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange.
