Dear List

I have three RPG ILE programs I'm working on that I want to assign as
SEU exit points, each program provides various user defined line
commands (e.g. colour attribute application, os/400 command access,
etc).

Program SEU001 handles F7 processing, SEU002 handles colour attributes
and SEU003 handles OS/400 command processing. The programs are called
in the order SEU001, SEU002, SEU003.

In each of the programs, I exit with the Return Code set to '2' which,
by my understanding, should cause the source member to be updated.
However, if I enter a line command to assign a colour attribute to a
comment line, for example, nothing happens. If I enter a line command
to work with spool files, for example, the command executes. I have
used ISDB and can see that the colour attribute is being applied, but
the source member isn't being updated. If I specify a single program in
the SEU options (F13) instead of *REGFAC each of the programs will work
on their own.

Has anybody had this problem before? I can get around it by writing a
single program, but figured it would be better to modularise the
process.

Thanks in advance.
