I have a copy member for standard program constants that I copy into all my programs. Among the constants are True, False, Yes, No, Okay, etc. I think this allows more readable code than '1', '0', *ON, *OFF, 'Y', 'N'. I use the True/False constants to update boolean variables, such as ScreenErrors = True. That way my code can read:

If ScreenErrors
... do something here
