        Thanks for the help.Infact de-allocate obj command also
        Works but it still retains the member lock in spite of
specifying
        it explicitly in the command 
          DLCOBJ OBJ ((lib/FILE *FILE *SHRRD FILMEM))
        Member FILMEM was still in lock after the command has run   
        Successfully
