hOW to close ODP in command line?

Dear all,
         I opened a file in an SQLRPGLE program USING cursor and forgot
to
         Supply a close cursor command (I Did not code this).Now when I
try
         To run this program again one more ODP is created.
         Can anybody please tell me how do I close an ODP in command
line? 
         After I exit the program? (I mean some CL command).I tried 
         RCLRSC but it does not seem to work.
