While this is technically true, it's not in reality.

WDSC is only packaged for Win32, so there's no way to install it on any
other platform.

If someone were REALLY adventurous, they might be able to extract all
the plugins and install over a base Eclipse 2.x.  I have no idea how
much effort that would require or if it is even possible.
