I had to go all the way back to the original question.... Yes, you're right, DBGVIEW was the gist of the question. I read this originally as "source line numbers" instead of "source statements"..... The title threw me off. Personally, I've been tripped too many times by someone changing compiler defaults without notice. I prefer to specify all compile options in change management or in a PDM user option. Less chance of getting surprised. Ok, sorry everybody...
