Bob, I generally do not attempt to dump data into spreadsheet worksheets 'around formulas'. I would dump the data to the CSV file, then reference the CSV file from worksheets with 'lookup' formulas. Sometimes I copy/paste the CSV file to a separate sheet in the Excel file, and sometimes just leave it as a 'stand alone' file. Leaving it as a separate file makes generation more automatic, but copying it to a separate sheet in the same file makes resolving references faster. Hope this helps, Tim Kredlo Exterior Wood, Inc -----Original Message----- From: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Bob O. There are cells on the spreadsheet that perfrom calculations. I need to "skip" over these cells so as not to overwrite the formulas. Is there a way to accomplish this? -- This is the RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries (RPG400-L) mailing list To post a message email: RPG400-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/rpg400-l or email: RPG400-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l.
