Looks like I need to order some PTFs.

I first noticed this about a year ago, but it's been no big deal (still 
isn't really) since I use COBOL for most development on this particular 
client's system.  But I had posted another question to the list, and one 
of the responses led me to try the suggested technique to this 'page' 
field problem.

As far as reporting it to IBM: can I do that without a software 
maintenance contract?  If not, I'll need to wait about 3 or 4 months 
until we order our system upgrade (which will include s/w maintenance 
contract, or so I'm told).
