I agree with you, that some people write fixed RPG well, what with
line spacing, etc. so that it is relatively easy to read.  The problem
some of us have is that some people write code with no comments, no
line spacing, and no summary at the top of their code.  Nothing!

This style of writing is not improved by moving to /Free.  They will
just do the same thing using free format -- no spacing, no
indentation, no comments, nothing.  People need to learn to write more
understandable code, and jsut moving to /Free doesn't fix it
automatically.
