RE: SAVF info to Physical

Shouldn't be a big deal to display to a *PRINT, then copy to PF.
You could write a program to read that PF and create your 'log PF'.
Or even simpler, CPYF starting from line xxxx (seems like the actual
list of contents always starts at the same line. Don't know how reliable
that may be for future releases, etc.)
