Subfiles are a bit more complex than that. A subfile control record must
exist for each subfile record. In this case, you need something like the
following:
R RECSFLCTL SFLCTL(RECSFL)
SFLDSPCTL
SFLDSP
The SFLDSPCTL and SFLDSP are typically conditioned with indicators, but you
get the general idea. You might also want a conditioned SFLEND to indicate
whether there are more than just the displayed page of records.
