Where to send die-hard RPG III programmers for training on RPG IV and ILE?

And no, the retirement home is not a valid option <grin>.

Not particularly looking for him to come back an expert.  Really just want
him to come back excited about the benefits an willing to start using it.

Considering RPG World, is this a good place or can anyone recommend
something else?
