RE: Always print sign, + or -, in O-spec

You might want to look at the user defined edit codes.  They're explained in
the DDS manual.

That'd be great if I could figure how to get the plus sign when positive,
minus sign when negative, and no sign when zero.  I didn't think edit words
could do plus signs like that.
