That'd be great if I could figure how to get the plus sign when positive,
minus sign when negative, and no sign when zero.  I didn't think edit words
could do plus signs like that.

At this point, I'm thinking that I'll have to set a sign flag based on the
value, then concatenate that to an %trim(%editc(PCT:'3'))+'%'.  Have to use
Evalr to right-justify.

Concur?  Or is there an edit word feature I've missed?
