Oh please.. enough with the "they're killing the iSeries" drama act, Jon... It reminds of just a couple years ago where it was heard often "if you don't learn Java you will flip burgers". I understand you're trying to make a point. I understand that shops that implement new techniques normally are glad they did. I also understand and agree with why the changes should be made. But thinking that the majority are conciously choosing not to increase their skill level is pushing it.
