Classroom training is a good idea.  COMMON, IBM Technical conferences and 
the various "Me too's" out there all have extensive courses.  Many taught 
by some of the authors of the redbook.  Speaking of said authors... We 
contracted with one of them to come on site for about a week to bring our 
team up to snuff.  (We later contracted with him (Jon Paris) to come on 
site and do CODE/400 training.
