This won't work. system() and QCMDEXC and QCAPCMD can run only those 
commands that have ALLOW(*EXEC) specified. No RTVxxx command has 
ALLOW(*EXEC). Think about it ... you are passing a character string to 
system() ... how do you suppose it will address a variable?
