I think eval can not be ommited if you want half adjust:
eval(h) a = b + c;
You can also use %dech or justa add 0.5, like this
a = b + c + 0.5;

I can't believe I haven't encoutered this yet. How does one perform half-adjust when using free format?
/free a =(H) b + c;
doesn't seem to work. Do I need to do a %DECH or something?
