With Alex's template, I think I'm going to be able to do this without
too much trouble.  The beauty of the approach is that I use the free
TCP/IP sniffer ethereal that David mentioned to trace the communication
from the WDSC generated client, and then I simply plug the pieces into
Alex's example.  I suspect this will be a relatively easy operation, and
once it's done I may even be able to make it available to the outside
world.
