Well, for one thing, if you pass a data structure to a subprocedure as a
parameter, the opdesc's CEEDOD API does not return the correct value.

What do you mean? I've been using Operational Descriptors since 440 in 
conjunction with CONST, *OMIT, and *NOPASS and had no trouble using 
them. What specific problems did you encounter?
