   Hi Lim:

    

   If *IN39 = *ON before EXFMT then your F11 will be rendered useless because
   your record level selections suggest that IF *IN10 = '0' AND *IN39 = *OFF
   THEN SFLDROP(CF11).

   You should set the *IN39 to OFF before EXFMT in order to make this work
