I did both and doesn't seems to have effect on the command key.

I've done no research on this, but I suggest you try using indicators on the
SFLDROP and SFLFOLD keywords.  Turning the indicator off should disable F11.


If that fails, you could explicitly use an indicator on the CF11 keyword.
