You are correct Hans, the CPYTOIMPF was intended to write CSV
formatted files to the IFS, or at least that is what I've been told.
Unfortunately, unless the source PFs are defined with variable length
data and contain absolutely no double quote separators, then the utility is
useless for the purpose of creating CSV formatted data.

Maybe I'm missing something fundamental, but doesn't the CPYTOIMPF
write out in CSV format, and doesn't Excel read CSV files?
