If I understand what you've got there, yes, it looks like it should work.
To make it a little cleaner, you could leave off the EXTMBR keyword since
you appear to always be dealing with the *FIRST member.  And afaik, you
don't have to put the *LIBL/ on the file name, so you could actually have:
