RE: Convert upper case to lower case

Rob,

The names like McDonald are a problem. We decided to not worry about them at the
time the procedure was written.  It would take WAY to much coding to handle
those special cases.  But for some reason I sort of remember researching 'proper
casing' utilities and coming up with some suggestions.
