Mine addressed the first letter of the string itself, if you followed my 
admonishment to substring it.  However you bring up a good point, if they 
want to capitalize the first letter of every word.  The former would work 
for a single sentence.  The latter may be required for a name field 
containing both first and last.  Then there's always the exception to the 
rule.  Names like deVries, McDonald, etc.
