Got a new one!

Before I start the wheels moving on the APAR machinery, I just wondered
if anyone has ever seen this:

     The following reason codes may be corrected by the user:

     040B - Create the module again from source.

You get this when you specify two different procedures with the same
export name.  Very nasty.
