If your library list was different than mine couldn't we expect to experience the same problem? Just like you can set the library list in a user profile or a JOBD you can permanently set the PATH (or CLASSPATH) on a machine for Java. My only point is that for any language and platform you have to understand the basics and this would be a poor justification for dismissing Java.
