Well, since my memory is notoriously faulty, I can't argue with you about
that.  And you are right, I did use arrays, but only used variable start
lines sometimes.  As a matter of fact, I still tend to use arrays instead of
subfiles, probably because of those early 36 days, (and the impression that
I have that arrays are much more efficient than subfiles)  (I was going to
say fact, but have no desire to start a holy war  :-)  )
