Hi Murugesh

It is an attribute that can be assigned to a field. This attribute is
used on a field with a conditional indicator. If the indicator is ON,
this field is considered to be changed even if no operation is made on
this field. It is similar to using a field exit on the field.

If I'm wrong, please correct me.
