Buck, you need PTF SI07312.

I don't think you should have to specify QJVAJNI explicitly - at least I
never have when I've created programs using the JNI functions.

Look here for an RPG module that handles all the startjvm, delete-ref
stuff.  There's also code for calling a pair of JNI functions that let
you delete several local references at once.
