Does it MOVE or DUPLICATE? I have noticed that duplicating a program 
(CRTDUPOBJ) breaks the links for *SOURCE debug--even though everything wtill 
looks OK externally. I have not investigated further but I suspect that *LIST 
would work since that debug view is stored in the program object.
