RE: SQLRPG - Fetch Into a record format?

Again I am not a big fan of using the * to denote fields, (except maybe in 
an interactive sql session).
- File layout changes
- Pumping unneeded data across the network on remote databases
- If field level security is added and your accessing a field that is not 
even needed by the program they you're shooting yourself in the foot.
- And, as a WAG, I'd venture to say that there's probably a performance 
reason not to.
