One way maybe this:
DSPFD FILE(MyLibrary/P21*) TYPE(*BASATR)
OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) FILEATR(*PF) OUTFILE(QTEMP/P21LIST)


... and then, you can read P21LIST and determine the precise file name.
