Good comments Mike. People can change. Even me. For instance we had an employee here who was dabbling in UIM. At the time I was his manager. On occasion he got strange errors and finally chalked it up to 'doo doo happens - live with it'. I had two problems with it. One the inability to resolve the errors. Two, that no one else, including me, was willing to learn UIM therefore maybe we should beat the desire to use UIM out of this fellow. Now we have a FORMER employee who used to speak on DDS at COMMON who is now working strictly in the PC arena as a consultant. Or, at least was when I last heard from him years ago.
