Shameless plug: Opened the email and did a 'copy.'  Opened Code/400 and did
a 'paste.'  No matter how long the program, I get all the lines in one
operation.  In the days of emailing source code back and forth, I have saved
so much time that having Code just for that purpose is worth installing it.
