RE: String value with an apostrophe ( ' )

Well, I don't understand what that sentence was, but to clarify,
Barbara recommended against using x'7D' because a hex 7D likely WON'T
be an apostrophe in a non-EBCDIC character set.  She recommended
using two single quotes.
