Peter,

Use a double single quote: Eval pgrp(i) = 'NO ENTRY REQ''D.'

Subject: String value with an apostrophe ( ' )

This is very easy but no type of coffee has had the power to wake me up yet (I
guess)...

I need to put a string value in a field but this string contains an apostrophe.
It will be NO ENTRY REQ'D. , including the period at the end.

This will not work: Eval pgrp(i) = 'NO ENTRY REQ'D.'

I have tried defining a constant but is the same case. I can do it with an
internal table value but I am sure that is simpler than this.

Thanks in advance,
Peter Vidal
