No, there were no changes in V5R2 regarding the DUMP. However, V5R1
RPG IV had a new op-code extender on the DUMP opcode. If you code
DUMP(A), the operation would always occur regardless of whether or
not DEBUG(*YES) is coded on the H-Spec.
