if you're in the OLD RPG, you need a 1 in column 14 as I recall of the H
card.  If you do a IPH at the top of your source code, it should prompt
you for it...as I recall it's the first field in the prompt.

If you're using the newer ILE'ish version, you need to specify a H card
with DEBUG(*YES) as the first line of code.

Now, I understand that 5.2 removes this assanine requirement prerequisite
that's been a pain in the butt for toooo long...:)  but, I've not played
with 5.2 yet...:)
