AFAIK, you can't, unless, as indicated by another posting, you have a DRDA
product within Oracle that allows you to remotely access the Oracle
database.

One way to do this is to use OLE DB or ODBC access within Visual (VB, VC,
etc.) programs.  If you have Client Access Express it gives you the ODBC and
OLE DB drivers for the AS/400.  With Oracle, you have to have the Oracle
client software loaded on your PC to use Oracle's ODBC & OLE DB providers.

Alternately, you could use a product like ASNA's Visual RPG (AVR), which
allows native access to the AS/400 data and OLE DB access to the Oracle
database.  I have prototyed an application in AVR that simultaneously access
the AS/400 and an Oracle system.
