I think those are there just for compiling to a previous release.   You
can't actually run them, they give you a
       "CPD0118 Command STRSQL not valid for current release."

If you had the licpgm installed, you'd have a STRSQL in the current QSYS
library.

You should, however, be able to do a STRQMQRY.
