The issue is currently one panel used in multiple places, but I can foresee
many "multiple use" panels.  In option one, each multi-use panel would have
its own display file, thus the plural.

Note also that when I say panel, I mean a related set of record formats,
such as a subfile, a subfile control and maybe a header or footer format.
Possibly even the message subfile formats, but I haven't worked through that
bit yet.

Thanks, James.  I may take you up on the code, just to see how you resolved
the border.  For now, I'm just gathering opinions.
