RLU - Dynamic generation of report layout

Dear All:

We are working on an application for which the requirement is of dynamically
designing of RLU. Also they should be displayed and handled through RPG
program.

Could it have anything to do with the version of OS/400 as we have V4R5. I
was wondering if this is available on V5R1

We have been trying to get some information regarding the same. Any inputs
related to this are highly appreciated.
