The zebra (Model 140xii) printers often will stop printing in the middle of
printing a pickwave or just stop printing labels at the packstations. RCM
has said that it sounds like there is a problem with the transfer of data or
the speed of the communication from the AS/400 to the printer. They said
that a signal will be sent to the printer to start printing, but will
basically time out because the data that it is to print hasn't been received
yet.

When this happens we have to shut down the Zebra, restart it and then clear
the message. It will then reprint the last label that had printed. It
seems to shut off after every 30-40 labels which is a problem when trying to
print a wave of labels.
