Scott,

When I changed the CALLP to use variables and not constants, it worked.  I
now get the message on the screen when it's supposed to be there.

Peter,

The problem with the compile is that without the CONST you cannot pass the
literals in the CALLP.  You would have to setup variables to contain the
values and pass those.  I just wonder if the CONST is causing something to
happen behind the scenes that is making the api work incorrectly but I don't
know for sure.
