I just wrote a CL program to do exactly that, but didn't even bother looking
for an API.

             PGM PARM(&LIB)

             DCLF FILE(DSPLNK)
             DSPLNK OBJ('/home/' *TCAT &LIB *TCAT '/*') +
                         OUTPUT(*PRINT) OBJTYPE(*ALL) +
                         DETAIL(*BASIC) DSPOPT(*USER)

             DLTF FILE(QTEMP/DSPLNK)
             MONMSG MSGID(CPF0000)
             CRTDUPOBJ OBJ(DSPLNK) FROMLIB(OSL1MQMODF) +
                          OBJTYPE(*FILE) TOLIB(QTEMP)
             CPYSPLF FILE(QSYSPRT) TOFILE(QTEMP/DSPLNK) +
                          SPLNBR(*LAST)

 READREC:

              RCVF
              MONMSG MSGID(CPF0000) EXEC(GOTO CMDLBL(DONE))

IF COND((&TYPEDL *EQ 'STMF') *AND +
                           ((%SST(&NAMEDL 1 10) *EQ 'upload.now') +
                           *OR (%SST(&NAMEDL 1 10) *EQ +
                           'UPLOAD.NOW'))) THEN(GOTO CMDLBL(PROCESS))

              GOTO CMDLBL(READREC)

PROCESS:

            CALL PGM(CEFTPEDI3) PARM(&LIB)

DONE:

            ENDPGM

Subject: API for IFS

--
I have been searching...but so far no luck...so its time to yell for help!

Is there an API that I can use to list entries in an IFS directory? If not,
any suggestions?!!?

Cheers!
