Let me see if I understand the question, you want a user to be able to
interface to your program using IE or Netscape?

The only way I could think of doing that would be to make your VA-RPG
program an HTML server, albeit a small one.  It's not really that hard, but
it would mean you would have to program sockets and such in VA-RPG.

Unless someone has a better way, but not one I've come across.
