Short answer, no, it's not possible. Long answer: If you wrote your own 5250 client you could probably do something like this, but it would be a lot of work for a little gain. The 5250 stream does not contain bitmap information. If you search the archives you should find reference to a 5250 type stream that did include graphic information but was dropped by IBM from lack of interest.
